Using Viznerve
- Understanding Key FactorsKey Factors are the at-a-glance chips on each inquiry: budget signal, timeline, project type, sender, and any watch-outs.
- How inquiries are classifiedEach inquiry is classified hot, warm, cold, or not-a-fit, weighed against your studio's specialty and what you told us makes a good lead.
- Drafting and sending repliesOpen an inquiry and hit Draft reply to get a warm, specific first response you can send with minor edits.
- The morning briefEach morning we send a short brief: how many new inquiries arrived, how many are hot, and which leads to act on first.

- Connect Stripe to get paidViznerve connects to Stripe with Stripe's own secure, hosted setup — no API keys to copy, nothing sensitive to paste. Payments go straight to your Stripe account and the money lands with you (we never hold funds, and we take 0% of your payments). It takes about a minute.
