Routing inquiries

Routing rules send inquiries to the right mailbox or owner automatically — for example, hot residential leads to a principal.

Rules match on simple conditions (classification, project type, budget) and the first matching rule wins.

Routing is deterministic: the same inquiry always routes the same way.
