Each inquiry is classified hot, warm, cold, or not-a-fit, weighed against your studio's specialty and what you told us makes a good lead.

Hot is reserved for strong, ready-to-go leads. Not-a-fit covers spam, vendor pitches, job seekers, and work outside arch-viz.

Classification is a starting point — you always make the final call.
