- What's a credit?
- One credit = one AI action, and there are only a few you ever pay for: process an inquiry (5), draft a reply (2), ask Nerve a question (1). Your morning brief is free. Browsing, filtering and reading cost nothing. You always see the price before you click.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- No. The 14-day trial starts on email verification — no card required. Your data, inbox and history stay fully readable throughout.
- What happens if I run low?
- At 80% used we give you a heads-up. At 100% the paid AI actions pause until you top up (500 / 1,000 / 2,500 packs, from Settings → Billing) — top-up credits don't expire at your reset. Nothing is ever deleted or locked.
- Where does my money go with payments?
- You connect your own Stripe with Stripe's hosted setup — payments land straight in your account and we take 0%. We never hold funds.
